1. Where do you ship?
   We currently ship to the destinations available at checkout: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
   Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then typically take 4 to 6 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within about 5 to 8 business days of being placed.
3. Is shipping free?
   Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
   We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
   Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
   You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us. If it has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives under our normal return process.
7. What is your return policy?
   You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition, with any tags attached. See our refund policy for full details.
8. When will I receive my refund?
   Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
